    well we've had the view from the greenhouse door so today the OH was up mending the shed roof so we thought what an excellent opportunity to have a view of the whole plot........

              My shed has no roof. So I'm just jealous of the fact you can stand on yours.

              We need a DIY SOS for allotment sheds that are the creation of OH's failed promises.

                    Yup , it is . The bit with the cardboard was the weed infested strawberry patch that we inherited. I have goosgog, black and red currants in there and strawberries in planters just out of shot.

                    'tis 20 rods (eighth of an acre) which is the size of our full plots. The bit you can't see (alongside the shed) is the compost bins, storage area.
