Rumour has it that a "council employee" currently holds the leases on all of the plots at a particular allotment site in Wakefield.

Ask the chairperson of the council if this is correct - get it in writing. Have a look at the minutes from previous council meetings - should be a standing agenda item. Raise it as AOB at the next council meeting.Last edited by mrsbusy; 15-02-2017, 04:48 PM. -
