    Been looking for ages for an allotment in Wakefield / Leeds

    Hi, This is my first post on here. I wondered if anyone knew of any allotments that have spare plots in Wakefield or Leeds? I've been on the waiting list for Wakefield for about 5 years and apparently I'm still about 12th on the list!
    I'm not really having any luck finding provately owned ones either, so I was hoping someone might know of one going spare.

    Have you tried Leeds City Council I know there are some sites in Leeds with none or very few on their waiting lists. Depends which side of Leeds you'd want though.

            Just need to be patient, when you forget about being on the waiting list *BOOM* a letter offering you a plot may show up ..... well, that's what happened to me
