  • Seed tray covers/Propagator lids

    Hi folks,

do you have a good cheap source for seed tray covers ? the clear plastic cover that turns a seed tray into a pseudo propagator . . . I want to give my Onions and Leeks a little extra warmth in my greenhouse.

Transparent packaging? We get lots of clear plastic trays whick have been used to pack foodstuffs, they make good lids.

We sometimes get the 4 packs of blueberry muffins and it occurred to me I could use these this morning so going to give these a try. Won't fit a lot in but better than nothing

Thanks for the suggestion but we don't buy anything that might fit the bill in terms of packaging, it's a good thought though, better to find a use for packaging than throwing it in the bin

They don't really need any extra heat
