Lucky you! I believe Alpaca Pooh can be used straight away on the garden without having to be composted - though I might have misheard that and be totally wrong. I would have thought that it would be good for anything that likes manure - which means pretty much everything except carrots and parsnips. I dare-say an Alpaca pooh expert will be along shortly!

Well, out of all the obscure manure supplies I have heard about that surely has to be a winner! I will await the Alpaca pooh expert recommendations with baited breath! lol

The friends from whom we 'inherited' our allotment kept alpacas. they left a huge pile of muck for us when they left. Apparently alpacas, rather conveniently, allocate themselves toilet areas in the field so it is easy to collect and is not full of straw. thus it is quite rich....like fertilizer pellets. Superb stuff you're lucky to have a supply.

They are vegetarians and the poo of vegetarian animals is generally good. Not so whiffy as carnivore poo either!

My friend had an alpaca, and went out to put it back in the stable one night and found it had had a baby Saved a fortune in vets bills as she had no idea it was pregnant.
