I've finally got a bit of ground to use as a veg plot instead of just using pots. We've removed a huge pampas grass and a couple of other shrubs and made two small beds and planted my broadies in one then carrots and beetroot in the other, with the bean wigwams behind.
Then once we've filled in the pond I'll have more space and be able to make 3 beds of a similar size.
