Froot drinks that float yer boat?

I have no idea if pastis is sweet compared to ouzo as I've never tried either before!!! Rather hoping you lovely people would know

loads of sloe gin on the go plus 3 bottles of blackberry vodka (recipe off the sloe.biz board) but

14oz blackberries
4 tablespoons demerara sugar
6 cloves and 1 inch of cinnamon stick
70cl bottle of vodka

started some in Sept and it's GORGEOUS !!!

Not sure how the herbs already in pastis will go tbh, but its not that sweet so I'd add sugar.
