Is this a credible recipe for cider?

Thank you Sarzwix. I have racked the Cider and yesterday I had a little tipple to make sure it was ok. I am pleased to say that it was dry but went down very well. So much so that my legs went before I did :P
The rest of the batch I will be giving away to friends because the second batch is not long off from being racked and that one tastes fantastic and much less dry.
