Now that I would seriously be up for! I'm not sure if the bit will be on a podcast at the web site for UKTV Market Kitchen, but I suspect it will be a 'blink and you'll miss it' moment anyway!

I only have Freeview, so will be camping out at my neighbours who have Sky at 7pm on 5th Feb!

And the taste...well - 'robust' for a white wine...more fruity than buttery/vanilla, but not flowery.

Rather nice, actually.

Earthy and harsh to the throat even after 3 months maturing.

it's only just ok for cooking, and it does taste pretty vile.

So, wine can actually get worse as it matures?

I think that I was being optimistic at the start - after some months it was clear that it was not going to get any better!

It made some odd tasting risottos & chicken stews.
