Hi, has anyone got any tried & tested (foolproof) Blackberry Wine recipes for a true ' first timer'. I have never made wine before so recipes / tips & hints welcome please.

A strong flavoured and richly coloured fruit base, depends on the sweetness of the fruit but it is an easy brew, and one of my favorites, rivals red vine wine.
I would suggest about 2kg of fruit per gallon plus 1.5kg of sugar. You need to add pectolaze to the fruit mash. Then pour into an airlocked container and brew, Racking occasionally.
