    I made some berry bacardi with frozen blackberries and white rum last year and it was fine if that's any help.

    Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

    Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

      Did you defrost them first or just chuck them in the mix still frozen?

        Just chucked them in kilner jars frozen. They'd been open frozen so at least were separate and not a messy lump like half the stuff in my freezer!

          Many thanks, that gives me something to do tomorrow then. My rhubarb was open frozen as well, which will make things a bit easier.

            Oh boy..the things you have to do to make space in the freezer eh????

            I have one bottle of rhubarb schnapps left...I can see 2010 being the year of the schnapps again- can't you????

            ( I've had to put 4kg and 2litres vodka in Le Parfait jars to make space for some ice-cream!!....such an effort!!!)
