    Doing dry january. There's quite a few non-alcoholic beer brands that are tasting more palatable than I've had in previous attempts. Any advice on how to get started brewing my own non-alcoholic beer? I know they are close guarded trade secrets and simply evaporating the alcohol off ruins the taste.

    You can't brew non-alcoholic beer. Non-alcoholic beer is made by removing the alcohol from normal beer. This is usually done either by vacuum evaporation (which requires a lower temperature than normal evaporation and thus does not impair the flavour) or by a special kind of filtration.

      Thanks so I basically need to brew beer then take the alcohol out. I'll look into the vacuum evaporation.
