Hiya, I got youngs country definitive strawberry and has all been going really well. Only thing is I decided to bottle it as its been looking really clear for a few days now but as I bottled it its gone really cloudy again to the point if you look at it infront of a window there isnt even any light coming through. will this clear if I just leave it in the bottles now? Or do I need to do something to it?

Personal choice. Either leave it to clear in the bottles which might leave you with a bit of sediment, or put it into a clean demijohn and wait for it to clear again. Did you accidentally stir up the lees as you were bottling it?
    Happy Gardening,

The stuff at the bottom of the demijohn. That is one reason to rack first, bottle later. It gives a check on whether the wine really has cleared, and reduces the risk of getting lees in the bottles, because you already separated that bit.....

If you rack it off from the demijohn don't pour the sludge down the drain. It has lots of goodies in so you should put it on the garden.

My carrots come up like corkscrews but they have a smile on their face
