Well you shouldn't be adding Pectolase when fermentation is finished, but I can't see any problem at ANY time before that!

could i add it when i rack into the carboy for the secondary??ive a few vinager flys buzzing around and i dont want to take the lid off the bin unless necessary

got pectolase, going to add it today when i rack the brew into jars for the secondary fermentation, guy in home brew shop says should be no problem....
heres hoping!!
