Drying Hops

Hi
I have just picked my hops (smells divine) but I now need to know a simple method of drying them. Could I use them in the green state? I am going to use them to brew some beer. Cheers everyone. Annie

I put mine next to the boiler and the gentle heat dries them. You need to use more hops when in the green state than dried.
