Got lots of sloe gin, patxaran, some blackberry brandy and I don't like vodka...so that leaves rum?
Has anyone tried making flavoured rum? We've a small amount of damsons, some blackberries and some rhubarb...thought we might try 3 sorts. What do you think and with white rum or dark?
