Marrow/courgette wine?

Racked my marrow wine off a few weeks ago and it was seriously bone dry and very high in alcohol. Already beautifully clear but lacking in depth at the moment so I'm leaving it for a few months to see what it's like then. All my wines seem to be turning out stronger and drier than I'm aiming at the moment, not too sure why though.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
