hi guys, just wondered if anyones got a recipe. it will be my first time making it so im unsure what ratio of friut/sugar/vodka to use.

Have a search of the site, I'm sure there's a recipe or two about. If not look for sloe gin recipes and use similar ratios - but perhaps not as much sugar as sloes are very sour.

It depends on how sweet you like it - I fill a 1l kilner jar 3/4 ish with fruit, cover with sugar (not too much for me though) and fill with vodka. Shake and leave for a few months, shaking every few days until the sugar is disolved. Strain and drink - hic
