Honeysuckle wine

I just found a recipe for honeysuckle wine and just wondered if anyone knew if any kind of honeysuckle will do? and is it petals and all the insides that go in?

The sweeter smelling the better, just avoid any green parts

Thanks I know honeysuckle can be poisonous so thought I better check - I've got a lovely one in the garden so going to try that one.
