My blackcurrant wine still tastes ok - it's in it's third month in a plastic dj.
However, some large bits of sediment, previously at the bottom, where I assume it should be, has floated to the top.
How do I fix this? It will be hard to rack successfully I think as there's so much of it throughout the wine. Is there something I can add? Where have I gorn wrong?
