I was just reading up on making vinegar the other day and up pops this post. I tried to source Mother and the only stuff I could find was raw ACV online and it was really expensive. Where did people get all this stuff before the net?

@SBP, I use it as red wine vinegar, its no different to what I buy over here in the shops. If you use red wine vinegar in pickles and chutneys then you could use this stuff.
