I was hoping to use some of my homemade wine in xmas hampers. They are all on the young side and I have had the arduous task of sampling them. Some of them are drinkable but the one I most wanted to use is the strawberry. It is clear, smooth and a lovely pinky colour. However it does not have even a hint of strawberry can I use flavlouring?

I wouldn't add anything to it if it tastes good, just label it as 'Rose'
