Hi people I am making my own wine and need some help. I have mixed together 4 liters of grape juice, some wne yeast, 500grams of sugger and it is now frementing. What do I need to add and what do I do next? I know at some stage I have to add some finings which I have but what else do I need once its fermented.

You don't need to do anything else to it til it stops fermenting. When that happens, you should syphon it out of the container and into a clean one, leaving behind any sediment at the bottom. Then you can add a crushed campden tablet if you want to make sure it's completely finished fermenting. Then you can add your finings if it looks like it needs some help to clear. Leave it a while for the finings to work, and then bottle it
