Cherry brandy

any body have a recipe for cherry HIC brandy , or do you just make it like sloe gin?

Yes, just like sloe gin. The flavour will depend on whether you use dessert or cooking cherries, but both make a lovely warming drink.

Thanks Polly , not sure what kind of cherries they are but we have a large tree by the side of my plot with loads of fruit on it, just got to stop the birds now/
