Dried elderberries

Hi I have a small amount of dried elderberries that I saved last autumn. Has anyone got any good ideas about how to make them into a nice juice, I was thinking of adding some lemon and honey maybe. Really just making it up

Here's a recipe that uses cloves, though lemon sounds good.

Hi thanks that does sound nice, will try it with the next lot. I put lemon, honey and a bit of ginger in mine, well its all suposed to be good for you, tastes ok
