On the offchance one of you may know of this recipe. We lost it in the dim and distant past and have tried to reproduce it but without great success. Does anyone remember this one?

Many thanks for the link. We remember some of the ingredients of the original recipe was a large tin of Seville oranges and also a kind of orange tea. We seem to remember it being a rich golden colour and what we have made is more rose like. Beware of using squash/cordial drinks, some contain "Potasium Sorbate" that inhibits fermentation, look here for good winemaking advice,
