Prune liqueur

Hi all.
A friend of mine said that she had been given some homemade prune liqueur and it was the business. However she has been unable to get a recipe. I rather fancy making some so I wonder if anyone has a recipe for it at all? It's not prunes in alcohol but an actual prune liqueur. Many thanks

Sounds delicious. If you search for 'Home Made Plum Liqueur' on Youtube there's a video recipe.
If you wanted to buy some, try a bottle of Edmond Briottet Creme de Prune (it's on Amazon). Haven't tasted it but can vouch for that brand's Violet Liqueur. We had it in France this year and it was fabulous (brought two bottles home!)
