hi all,ive just been down to wilkos and bought 3 ginger (zingiber offcinale)in the hope of making ginger beer,does any body have a recipe for making it ? thanks

I thought you made it from powdered ginger and grew a "mother" plant as a starter

This is very similar to the one I used to use - makes delicious ginger beer. How to start a Ginger Beer plant

Just make sure to use plastic pop bottles - it will explode glass ones.

Here ya go , tried and tested but please use the big fizzy pop or fissy water bottles. Only fill to the shoulder and squidge some air out before putting lid on . Then give them a little burp occassionally ..
