I sweetened my wine before bottling and it's gone cloudy as hell again. Could I add another A/B pack of finings?

Naga, you could but it might be a pectin haze, in which case add 2 tsp Pectolase and see what happens, if nothing, you might try a heaped tsp of Bentonite made into a slurry in a 1/4pt very hot water, stir in and wait again, if still no joy that leaves "cold shocking", Isinglass and A&B finings.Eat well, live well, drink moderately and be happy (hic!)
