Brew #2 is going to be a Belgian wheat beer. Ingredients for this are torrefied wheat, pilsner malt, fuggles hops, orange peel, corriander and cumin seeds.
Going to do this saturday hopefully. Need to buy some more empty bottles.though!!

ingredients never arrived so instead i tried a bottle of the belgian amber ale. To say its only been bottled for a week it tastes amazing. Going to leave it a few more weeks then try it again

hi all ,i to would like to upgrade my home brew equipment at the moment i have the plastic fv`s and am using the wilko lager and brew sugar i`ve had mixed results and cant work out what i`m doing wrong,can anyone recomend a couple of good books on the process of brewing and some that tell me what the equipment is i shall need to get to take the next step,also does anyone know what is the best temp to store my bottles once i`ve racked them at the mo i store them in a wardrobe but it has heater pipes running under it and the temp can get up to 20 degrees so im wondering if this is a prob,any advice is welcome ,cheersThe Dude abides.
