  • Drinks similar to elderflower champagne

    Hi all.

After all your lovely advice I made 20+ litres of elderflower champagne and it was delicious, and it's all gone now. I'm making some wine, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience in making somethign that is similar to the elderflower champagne ( lightly alcholic, fizzy and to be drunk young, but made with different fruits or berries or flowers.

I don't know anything that is in season at the moment other than rhubarb, that makes quite a nice light wine. Try at your local brewing shop or online, I think you might be able to get dried elderflowers if you want to make some more of that.

Cider or pear cider are the obvious ones you could add other fruits & or flowers if you want.
