rhubarb wine with a twist

hi all i`ve made 3 gallons of rhubarb wine with currents and ginger in ,im looking to make another 5 gallons and im wondering what other things people put in theres to give it abit of extra flavor ,any thoughts welcome ,cheers

Elderflower and rhubarb is lovely. Just a couple of heads needed though as can overpower.

oh now your talking im doing some sparkliing elder wine this week so ill give it a try any ideas on the amounts ? or a recipe would be great if you have one ,cheers

I have just bottled a batch of rhubarb and cinnamon vodka...not sure if that's an option but it's particularly exceptional in the vodka!

I'll have to give these a try, since I'm growing rhubarb. Just need them to germinate, only 2 days so I need to be patient.
