blackcurrant mead for the Big Lebrowski

picked my 1st tom this morning muddled whats your recipie for black current mead ?

I am trying this method and recipe Big L.
But instead of the raisins I put double the amount of blackcurrants.

It's meant to be very quick so in three weeks I'll be able to tell you if it's worked...certainly it's bubbling away, the balloon is inflated and everything is doing exactly what the recipe said it would!

The water where I live is very hard and I was unclear how sterilise the milk carton so I bought a 2ltr bottle of still mineral water from lidols (17 pence ) to solve both of those problems....figure that bottle was already sterile.
Got the honey form lidols too as this batch is experimental.
