hi all ,hows the wine making going ? i have made 10 gallons of elderflower wine and in going to make another 10 gallons but i was just wondering if anyone has tried making elderflower and strawberry wine as i think i`ll make a few gallons just to see what its like ,any thoughts welcome ,cheers

I made strawberry wine years ago and found it a bit light in taste, am guessing a mix could be rather nice.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
