2018 Beer List

Now with spring officially here (20th March) - I have started the new season brews with a Woodfordes Wherry Real Ale and a Bull Dog IPA.

Finished the Woodfordes by dry hopping with Goldings Pellet Hops to give a gently hoppy Aroma.

There is Brambling Cross (Quite mild, fruity currant aroma) and Fusion (Citrus and Spicey)in the freezer for the IPA.

I do like the Woodfordes kits, and have Bure Gold and Sundew to follow on. Now just need to look for beers ready for the hot sunny summer days.

Just coming to the end of the barrel of Woodfordes Admiral. Started a Wilko’s Stout on Saturday, using 1kg of spray malt.

Sadly it would seem I have an allergy to beer, probably due to the large amounts consumed, luckily cider doesn't seem to affect me, so the barrel maybe getting going once we warm up a bit.
