Last year we had an amazing year for Morello Cherries. The problem is I still have bags and bags of them in the freezer. I still have cherry jam as well and since I first made lemon curd for my husband has neglected the jam and keeps demanding more lemon curd.
So today I have had the " brilliant" idea of using some of the cherries to make cherry curd.
I don't know yet if it is going to be my husband's new favourite but it definitely tastes nice.
Has anyone else made any other curd but lemon?
