what to do with Snowball pumpkins

I harvested 3 snowman pumpkins today, i thought it was a bit early but they came away in my hand and sound hollow. Anyway I have no idea what to do with them now, any ideas?

Gosh, that took some finding Roots, squashes & pumpkins - Fentongollan Flower Farm, Superb flowers and bulbs by post
It does seem early ... mind you, some of my Mars pumpkins have come away in my hand while I've been turning them. I'm leaving them to dry out a bit in my shed.
