Anyone else tried the raspberry voddy recipe in this month GYO? Well I just had a sniff and couldn't resist a little free sample of mine ( I know, drinking before lunchtime, it's a sad state of affairs!). YUMMNATION! It's gonna be gorgeous, can't wait for christmas!

I've got a couple of large jars "doing".Also found a recipe on here for blackberry whisky~not really a fan of whisky but thought it would make an interesting christmas pressie(& if it's not that nice then I'm sure recipients will be far too polite to say!)
Also picked some rhubarb to mix with the rest of the vodka~I can't stand rhubarb but made it a couple of years ago & was surprisingly rather nice!the fates lead him who will;him who won't they drag.

Raspberry vodka
I made this last year and it was divine, better than sloe gin in my view.
After I strained off the raspberries , I used them in trifle, and also froze them individually to add to champs/ sparkling wine at Xmas. Lethal!!A Bientot
