lots of apples- wine recipes anyone?

hi,
i've got 2 apple trees on my plot one full of big cookers, the other tiny eaters- don't know the variety- i had planned to make jam but didn't collect enough blackberries as i don't fancy plain apple jam, so wine i thought!
i know that i'd need a press to make cider, but hoping to not need one to make wine...any recipes anyone or helpful tips?

HI we used our juicer and it was fine for cider making. Not got any wine recipes, sorry.

I get home on Wednesday, if you can hang on till then I have a recipe for apple wine at home.
However ..... there was a thread on the vine somewhere, I read it one long hot Sudanese evening, about making cider. There wasnt a press in sight, but they used a Black and Decker Workmate, with the apple mush in muslin or tights or something, in between 2 plates.
I dont have a press, but I will have tons of apples so am going to try it when I get home.
I'm sure someone clever will tell you how to search and find it if you're interested.
