I have now got to the stage of eyeing up the sweetcorn very hopefully. Although I really love it and for a couple of weeks I'll be eating it every day I wondered if anybody had a tried and tested recipe for any kind of sweetcorn pickle/relish/chutney that keeps long term (months) and doesn't need refrigeration until it's opened.
