I am a relative Marmalade newbie however, I did spy a LIME recipe in my book - I will dig it out and post it for you - might raid lidl in the morning meself too.

With regards to Whiskey, I actually added some Brandy to some of mine. I put about 5ml (tsp) into the bottom of each each mint sauce size jar and then added the marmalade. One of my recipes (for whiskey) recommended 60ml per batch - if you had 950g - 1kg fruit. It also says to add it either in the jar like I did, or, to leave it to cool for 5 mins (after reaching setting point) and then add it all to the pan and stir it in.

      I hope that is decipherable...

hmm, depends on how strong you like it. I presume you are not wishing to do a whole batch with it in? Otherwise 60ml to the whole batch (starting with a kilo of fruit). How many 8oz jars will a kilo yield? I'd divide it down....

I managed to get several limes today from LIDL, I'll post the LIME marmalade recipe shortly!
