don't need a recipe for soup!
Just saute some onions, add some Oxo cube and water, and mix in some veggies!

Thanks for that site sewer rat. I bought some chard a few years ago as an ornamental (it self seeds) and until I looked at that site I didn't realise that it is the eating stuff as well. As a great lover of spinach flash fried in olive oil with garlic I am going to try it that way. If that site is wrong and I die of chard poisoning then I am suing you.
