I had success with Blackberry Jam last year but this year, while the Jam tastes excellent, it has set almost like rubber and it is very difficult to get out of the jar.
Can anyone suggest what I may have done wrong and if there is anyway I can maybe reheat the jam and get easier access to the Jam?
