After reading a thread on here I have bought a Maslin pan. Going to use it for soups now and hopefully jam next year. (you have no idea what a leap for me this is, last time I made jam I was in school!)
Anyway to get to the point can I use my whoosher (hand held liquidiser thingy) in the pan or will it scratch it or otherwise mess it up?
