I'm planning on making a second double batch of jamies cheeky chilli chutney this week, it's totally gorgeous.
I'm just not particularly relishing (ha ha - did you see what I did there!!!) the idea of peeling all those chilli and sweet peppers.
I'm wondering how much of a difference it'd make if I don't. The only thing is, some of it will be given away as pressies so it's got to be good.
Is anyone else lazy like me?
