Yeah, it's going Top Bananananana thanks moggie sweets.....
I've simmered it forever now, so I'm just going to ladle it into Jelly Bag.

BC's giving Haze the right old runaround!

And once Seville's in Jelly Bag, that releases the preserving pan to be washed (ready Scarey?) to be used to boil up the Bramble Jelly, which is also on the go, having dripped through Jelly Bag all last night!

Crikey, I'm going to have to get my skates on if you need the preserving pan again. I thought I'd just be able to let it drip dry.

Good grief - two on the go at the same time? You'd be eating purple and orange stripey jelly if I tried to do that!

If Mr Snowman was on a longer piece of 'lastic, I could be quite comfy sitting on the settee whilst playing, by the way....

Sorry I am late peeps, weather changed for the better and I popped out to fetch some orange netty stuff from freecycle, feed horseys and then home for a peaceful cooking of roast dinner and marmalade session. Got home to find no leccy in the shed - panic - water getting in somewhere and rain due again tonight. No1 son now on top of shed screwing battens through a big sheet of plastic kindly donated by over the road builder neighbour! About to start on the roast dinner (Madmax missed his being abroad) but cba with marmalade now!!

            How's it going Wellie?

sevilles coming in veg box tomorrow...so weekend .... marmalade. Just been thinking I havn't bought marmalade or jam for years.
I did promise myself that I would try a different marmalade this year. Maybe grapefruit a little later.

Well having had a seriously inconvenient accounts meeting (does he not KNOW that I've been virtual jelly making??) I can tell you that the seville orange jelly looks hugely scrummy going through the 'sock'.

How many jars have you made, hon?

4 jars of Bramble Jelly Haze, and the Seville Jelly is still being a real drip? and will be until I return from Mrs. Hyphen-Hypen's tomorrow lunchtime!

May I thank you all for listening and taking part today?
Haze: Cat sleep upside down now, so thank you sweetie....X

Will report on progress of the Seville wotsit when it's in the jars, eh?
