Thanks to a recipe posted on here, I now have some gorgeous rhubarb schapps. Does anyone have any idea whether any use can be made of the leftover chunks of rhubarb? Presumably they've lost some of their rhubarb flavour and they do now seem hugely alcoholic ( I ate a chunk just to try them )
Should I be making some sort of compote to serve with vanilla ice cream? or a crumble?
Any ideas/recipes gratefully received.
