Does anyone have a recipe for making one jar of jam or marmalade in the microwave? A friend told me her sister does this but has never got the "secret" recipe from her.

I've made jam in the microwave when I only had a small amount of fruit and it was very easy. I just checked it more frequently. It was a quick and convenient way to make a small amount.Comment

I have just found this recipe but it makes 2 jars not one.

I have used the microwave to cook the fruit (even for marmalade) but always transfered to a saucepan for boiling up with sugar....Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.Comment
