My first time with chillis/peppers
I have about ten plants all with an abundance of fruit, the first of which are just turning red.
I want to dry them so two questions....
1 - At what point should I pick them to dry them? When they are still green, turning red.... or fully red? Or do I just leave them on the plant and stop watering the plant?
2 - Better to hang them in a cool garage to dry, or bung them in the oven at a very low temp for a day or so?
