lemons and oranges

Any ideas?? I have loads of lemons and oranges and would like to make something with them but have no ideas. I have considered maramlade but would like to try something different.

lemon curd and orange curd, and how about sorbet? yummy!

If you've got some rhubarb you could make Flums Rhubarb and Orange Jelly its really nice on toast.

If I have spare ,I slice them and put them in the freezer,perfect for a G&T
